To me, a holistic approach means working with the mind, body and soul to achieve wellbeing.
But it also means drawing on a range of teachings, traditions and techniques. Working with me, one moment we could be practising yoga and the next, calling on the 7 African powers. One situation may call for silent meditation while another may call for dance meditation!
Since wellness is not merely the absence of dis-ease, the work of self-improvement is both essential and without end. It can be overwhelming…but my mission is to make wellness accessible, easy and fun💃🏾
